Natalia Kuznetsova joined PwC in 1995 and has extensive experience in consulting Russian and international companies on various tax aspects. She is also a UK-certified charted accountant (ACCA) since 1999.

Natalia joined International Tax Services group in 2001. She took part in a number of projects regarding restructuring of the largest Russian Groups of oil, metallurgical and other industries. These projects included development and implementation of holding structures for Russian and foreign assets as well as development of foreign commercial, financial and license companies and management structures of foreign assets. Natalia also took part in projects regarding structuring of various acquisitions of foreign assets by Russian companies and a number of pre-IPO restructurings of major Russian Groups. She was also responsible for analysis of tax efficiency of the concerned structures.

Natalia graduated from the International Economic Relations Institute of Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
