Irina is the Bank’s senior representative in Russia, focused on Financial Markets & Treasury Services business products, the main of which is Depositary Receipts. She is the lead contact for the Bank’s clients, prospects and advisors in the CIS region. She is responsible for all aspects of relationship management, transaction servicing, and new business development in Russia.

Irina joined the Bank in 1998 and has 12 years of industry experience. Prior to being transferred to Moscow in 2001, Irina was based in New York and managed Russian Depositary Receipt client relationship for The Bank.

Irina is a graduate of Georgetown University with a degree in Business Administration. Irina is a frequent guest speaker at industry conferences and other public events. She has authored and edited numerous articles on various subjects pertaining to Depositary Receipts for CIS and Eastern Europe Issuers. She has played and advisory role in the establishment of Russian securities market best practices, and was a member of working groups, focused on the development of market infrastructure in Russian and CIS. Irina is a recipient of a number of awards and letters of recognition, including one for her role in developing the Investor Relations profession and getting it officially recognized by the Russian authorities as a business specialty.
